Cancellation Policy:

Paid for places can be fully refunded up until 30th August 2024. After this date, there are no refunds but places can be transferred to a colleague or the 2025 conference.

For transfers, please note that you must notify us before the 1st of October 2024 or passes will expire. We will not reimburse you for any expenses that you have incurred in relation to the event.
