Dr Fackrell leads a Parkinson's Disease and Related Disorders service in Bath and surrounding area for all ages. He was part of the guideline development group for the Parkinson's Disease NICE guidelines 2017. He is a Faculty Member of the Parkinson's Academy and speaks nationally and internationally on the subject of Parkinson's. His main areas of interest are the non motor manifestations and end of life care in Parkinson's. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and has a Masters in Healthcare Ethics and Law.
