Ralph Tomlinson is proud to be Director of Research and Quality Improvement at RCS England. He is passionate about working with all members of the surgical care team to improve the care that they provide. He does this by leading teams that set standards, fund research, lead trials, deliver audits, assure safety, improve quality and accredit excellence. He believes that when working at their best surgical care teams do amazing things that change lives, and he enjoys helping them to achieve the best outcomes they can for their patients.
