Dr Dachsel is an Acute Medicine consultant in Surrey and Sussex NHS Trust. He has been using ultrasound since his early training years and has been a founding member of the FAMUS program. He since has co-developed the e-LfH FAMUS module and has extensive Ultrasound teaching experience. He strongly believes that the stethoscope is obsolete in the assessment of acutely unwell patients.
