Dr De Silva’s procedural expertise is in coronary angiography and percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with stent implantation, specifically in high-risk and complex patient groups utilising contemporary adjunctive devices. He also has an interest and has been involved in developing pathways for the care of perioperative patients undergoing non-cardiac surgery.
