Dr Daniel Bromage completed his MBChB at the University of Bristol in 2006 and undertook postgraduate training in the South West and London. He was awarded a PhD from University College London in 2016 for research into the role of stromal derived factor-1 in cardioprotection, which was funded by a Medical Research Council Clinical Research Fellowship. He then completed a Clinical Lectureship focuses on remodelling after myocardial infarction, with particular emphasis on the modulation of transcription factors implicated in inflammation, before taking up a Consultant post at King's College Hospital. His interests include heart failure, cardio-immunology and myocarditis.
