Dr. Bethany Plummer, an alumna of the University of East Anglia, completed her foundation training in the Midlands and pursued a fellowship in Anaesthetics and ICU in Colchester, followed by core training in Medway. Beyond her medical career, Beth has a diverse background in coaching gymnastics and mentoring young athletes. She holds qualifications in expedition medicine, ready to tackle medical challenges in remote settings. With extensive experience in organising and leading children's activity camps, she is deeply passionate about exploring innovative approaches to education and preparing future workforces for the evolving demands of healthcare and beyond.
