Dr Ben Fox is a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital King's Lynn NHS Foundation Trust with interest in regional anaesthesia, day surgery and pre assessment. Ben is on the AAGBI Board of Directors where he has contributed to several national guideline documents. He was previously an elected council member of Regional Anaesthesia UK. His passion in regional anaesthesia led him to co-author the British Association of Day Surgery Handbooks on Spinal Anaesthesia for Day Surgery Patients and Upper Limb nerve blocks. He loves teaching regional anaesthesia and teaches on many national courses while being the Programme Director for the Regional Anaesthesia Master’s Degree. As well as demonstrating SAFIRA® at Future Surgery 2021, Dr Ben Fox is also speaking at The Anaesthesia & Critical Care Show at ExCel, London on 9th November.
