Gianluca Tognon is a specialist in food and nutrition who has worked for 15 years as researcher in Italy and in Sweden. During his career he has extensively worked, together with many other scientists in Europe, on the association between diet, longevity and cardiovascular risk across the lifespan. He has also collaborated with schools, organizations and private individuals and he has presented at several conferences and events in Sweden and abroad. Recently he founded his company “The Food Scientist” in Sweden and he collaborate, as teacher, with Skövde Högskola in Sweden.
